Vocal music celebrating peace will circle the globe in the 24 hour period starting at the moment the solstice begins at 5:48am GMT on 21 June 2009.
Performers from around the world will sing or chant in celebration of peace sometime between 5:30am GMT on Sunday, 21 June and 5:48am on Monday, 22 June. Together we will shift the global focus to peace for 24 hours on the longest day of the year.
